My little sicky Valentines...

It all started Sunday the 13th. Mason hadn't been sleeping well the past few nights, so Sunday morning came I called the nurse she wanted him to be seen, so we drove downtown and found out Maser had a double ear infection and sinus infection..and he was REALLY goopy in his nose and eyes. They put him on a prescription. We hoped it would get better..Sunday-Monday...Jason was sick with the flu, and I felt yucky but not as much as Jay did. He rested and I tried to keep going, but I never know when to quit and just rest, I should have listened!

This picture was taken at 3am Monday morning. He was all croupy, so we called the overnight nurse and she had us do the hot shower steam with him, and then take him outside in the cold for 20 min. So..that we did! We took a walk around the neighborhood at 3am, bundled him up nice and warm and headed out, he feel asleep almost immediately.
This is what he looked like after his morning nap on Monday. Happy Valentines Day!
All he wanted to do was snuggle, if you put him down tried to cry, but couldn't. Poor guy.
We've gotten about 5 smiles out of the kid since Sunday. We were lucky enough to catch one of them the night he was pretty bad
We went from this...
In the middle of all of this Kenzie and Harper came back from Papa and Omies
to this...seriously...Ive been to Walgreen's and Spent more money there in the past 5 days than I think I ever have
I took him to the doc again on Wednesday, this time the doctor thought for sure Mason had RSV but the test came back Negative.(thank goodness) We got a stronger Prescription cause obviously what he got on Sunday wasn't doing the trick.
This was this morning, when he woke up, we put him right in the bath, his favorite place.
Yesterday I went to the doc. I have the "flu" but the couldn't do anything for me because it was past the 48 hr mark. stupid stupid! I cant talk, and have a crazy fever, cant swallow, and have a cough like no body's business! The doc prescribed me some pain killers for my throat cause it was really swollen and red. Those helped a lot last night.

I am grateful for Jason for taking care of me and the kiddos and I am grateful that he can give his family priesthood blessings. The first night I was sick, Jason said he couldn't sleep cause I was talking gibberish in my sleep, he said I was pretty funny. ha ha!

I Hope we all get better soon, until then STAY AWAY FROM US :)
