So I am really luck that I am able to volunteer in the temple. I work at the "youth center". I am able to be with kids and help them get dressed for when they get sealed to their parents. It really is the neatest experience. Well last night I worked and I got to be with 4 siblings who were getting sealed to there mom and dad. The kids spoke english and spanish but mom and dad only spanish, so the sealing was in spanish. Going and doing sealings in the temple is my favorite thing to do, and it's even cooler to be able to go with someone you dont even know. I was with the kids for about 2 hrs before the sealing time. There was as 17, 14, 12, and 6 year old twins. Much older kids than I have been with before. It was so nice to get to talk to them before hand and tell them what was going to happen, and find out about their lives. When it came time for the sealing, we escort the children to the sealing room and we get to witness it also. Last night was espically fun because it was all in Spanish. Even though i really understand maybe 10 words, you still can feel the spirit as much as usual. (Im a ball baby in the temple) I allways leave the temple feeling like a little angel. (well thats what Jay says I look like)

Traci that is really neat. I had no idea you did that job in the Temple. I bet you have witnessed some very moving sealings - I am with you on the crying part!
This does sound like such a neat opportunity. I imagine it's so special to be able to escort these kids into their sealings. How fun!
What a neat way to serve in the temple. How fun to be with families as they are getting sealed together.I am such a cryer I would go through so many tissues. What a great example you are and I agree, you are a Angel.
