More New York..randomness

Ive seen this box a quite a few times at the hospital. My dads surgery went well. But I dont think he is getting out anytime soon. As i said before he has TTP. He has been having to get Plasma Transfusions, daily. And 2 days he had to have 2 blood transfusions. The plasma IV goes in through the side of his neck, it takes about 3 hrs..the machine is huge! and it sounds like a hot tub bubbling.

My sister Christina and I
                                                          Christina and Kenzie
I think the kids have eaten more Ice Cream since we have been in New York, than they have in their whole life! grandma's and Aunties....
We went to the park to play, Harper was loving it!
                                                    My sister Michelle and Kenzie
After Christina's graduation from Quinnipac.   We went out to eat, and the kids enjoyed their pasta

It has been fun, but Kenzie has begun to tell me she wants to go home and see her daddy. This is the longest Jay and I have ever been apart, so I am ready to see him too!

Front loading Washer and Harper

Harper has been obsessed with my moms front loading washer with the see through door. He sits here and watches and does this every time it's going.

Congrats to my brother Sal and Jo-ellen, and new big brother little Sal!

Hospital Visit

Here is my dad. Big Sal.

His blood levels are finally at a safe level..he has something called TPT..so he has been getting plasma transfusions every day for about a week now. His levels are now at a safe level, that he the surgeons OK'd him for heart bypass surgery 8am Saturday morning. Cross your fingers, it goes well.

The view from the room..looking out onto the Hudson River (right outside his window is where the plane went into the river a few months ago)
Kenzie has some wierd obsession with sticking her hands down grandmas shirt..besides her hand, it's a cute picture!
There was a priest in the hospital/family area..and he gave Kenzie and Harper some bubbles to play with while my dad was getting an IV started

Mackenize and my sister Christina...it's nice that I'm here to this weekend, because she is graduating from Quinnipiac Univ this weekend, and we get to go!
Mackenie and Papa!
He was so excited to see the kids...since it was a suprise :)
Ok, so this was monumental...Harper fell asleep on my brother Chris. Harper NEVER falls asleep on anyone! I had to snap a picture because I'm sure it will never happen again
